In our Pilates Reformer Class, we utilize the reformer machine to carry out all exercise routines. A reformer machine, which is based on resistance training, is made up of springs, loops, a gliding carriage, and a bar. It uses the entire body to challenge the strength and stability of the core while creating strong elongated muscles. Our expert reformer instructor will offer hands-on, individualized adjustments and corrections to help you achieve the proper form and maximize results.
