TORQ F1t is a fully operational Pilates® studio offering Mat Pilates to Reformer Classes using the STOTT Pilates® Method. Our classes are taught with our private or semi private programs only.

You can learn to cultivate and perfect your body by using our Arch Barrel, Ladder Barrel, Spin Corrector, Cadillac, Stability Chairs, Halo Trainer, and Tower Trainers.

Pilates is a challenging, low-impact, total body workout that focuses on strengthening your core. Pilates was originally developed to train athletes and recovering soldiers by a boxer and gymnast, Joseph Pilates. Pilates is for everyone and anyone can benefit, from conditioned athletes to those recovering from injuries. It will complement and improve your existing workout routine, making you quicker, leaner, and stronger. With hundreds of exercises, Pilates will meet you where you are, pushing your body further than you ever thought possible. We offer private and semi-private classes, where our knowledgeable instructors will be able to evaluate which method is best for you and assist you on the use of our various Pilates equipment available for your use.



Mat Pilates

In our, Mat Pilates Class we utilize the strength of our own body weight through a series of exercises performed on the floor using a mat. Even without added equipment, Mat Pilates is challenging and provides great toning benefits. The exercises in Mat Pilates focus on strengthening the muscles of the hips, back, abdominals, and gluts – known as the Pilates powerhouse.

Reformer Pilates

In our, Pilates Reformer Class we utilize the reformer machine to carry out all exercise routines. A reformer machine is based on resistance training, made up of springs, loops, gliding carriage and bar. Using the entire body to challenge the strength and stability of the core, while creating strong, elongated muscles. Our expert reformer instructor will offer hands-on, individualized adjustments and corrections to help achieve proper form and maximize results. Pilates Reformer Classes are available in private, semi-private and group sessions.

TRX Pilates Fusion

Our TRX Pilates Fusion Class is an innovative hybrid that combines TRX and Pilates. In this class, you will focus on building core strength and stability using TRX Suspension Trainers in conjunction with Pilates movements. You will build endurance using low-impact exercises that will increase your balance, agility, and flexibility.
